Returns & Exchanges
At Peroba,  we want you to love every item you purchase, however from time to time we understand that you might like to return an item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,  please return your item within 14 days to us in its original condition. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. If the exchanged item is for a lesser value then a refund will be issued for the difference, providing the return is made within the twenty eight day returns period. If the exchanged item is of a higher value a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to take the additional payment.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
 

All orders (including overseas orderes) will be refunded in Euros.  Peroba cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result.  We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
